MY AIM = Basically I wanna Quake 3 and Unreal Tournament (original 1st 1 ) to run with Great fps!

I would like to also serve my own Apache web, PHP and ftp <<< Read noobish no Idea with Linux o_O

I

Okay I've re-installed Fedora Core 2 :)

Quote:uname -r2.6.5-1.358smp

Now Sound is GREAT :)

BUT how DO I share the nForce2 ethernet for internet connection through the 3com ethernet? (both on-board LAN / A7N8x Deluxe with SATA)

I can't access My win_c or win_d drives on SATA (hde) and it won't boot to Windows Unless I change bios boot (grub won't do it?) This is strange to me because Mandrake 10 let me read my windows drives NO problem from root & also booted to the sata instal of XP pro No prob :(

Has anyone had any luck of getting the Radeon 9800 Pro to work with this mainboard (again A7N8X)?

I start the "OpenGL" Screen Saver (the Atlantis GL) with the whales and only get 1.85 FPS :(

MAAAAAN I get kickarse FPS in 3Dmark under windows XP :(CLICK to SEE screenies

Apart from these ISSUES I still reckon Fedora Core 2 ROX

If any of you guys can help this n00b >>> Then I'll tackle the server setup (ie. Apache PHP and FTP)
