Thanks for noticing! I originally aimed at those with no follow-up.. only to find later that many of my answers were aimed at much older posts so could have expired, unfortunately!
Is there some auto-expire or auto-close feature of IPB to lock threads after a pre-determined period of inactivity?
nope
but point out any thread that's closed that you might want to answer in and myself or hybrid can reopen it if necessary
