Microsoft's Answer to Spyware
#1

Spyware is becoming increasingly more common these days, so microsoft has introduced it's AntiSpyware. It is easy to use and very quick. It also activly scans and blocks changes to the Registry and Restored Internet Explorer. I'd recomend it as i ran it on my two PC's and found 17 bits of spyware on my old one and 1 on my new.

careful with the dubious 'SAFE' with firefox nonsense. safe from activex spyware whilst browsing the web yes. but what about the spyware that is bundled into installation packs.. how will ff stop that? it wont..

ms antispyware is very good... although somewhat annoying.. but that is actually a good thing.. at least it annoys the user into learning about the dangers.

i would also suggest Spybot/AdAware/SpywareBlaster

oh and MS AntiSpyware is available from there..
