ATI Xpress 200M drivers on toshiba satellite

First off thank you for any help you offer mein advance I do appreciate it.

I dowloaded the drivers from ati.com ran the install

Every thing went through great this is what I saw after the install

now when I try desktop effects i get nothing but a white screen any ideas?
