GNOME 2.24 has been released.

 

New features include a brand new IM client called Empathy, new release of Ekiga and file manager updates including tabbed file management B)

 

It also introduces the GNOME Mobile platform, designed to make it easy to get the GNOME DE running on mobile platforms such as mobile phones.
