Dual-boot with WinXP Pro and SATA Raid Stripe

Hi, I'm installing linux on my computer for the first time. I have copies of both Suse and Mandriva on CD. I installed Suse on the new hard drive, and it works fine. The biggest problem is that I have to select which hard drive to boot from when I want to boot into Linux by pressing F11 on boot. I'm trying to have a menu where I can boot to either Suse or Windows XP. The problem I have is that Windows is on a SATA Raid Stripe, and Suse claims that it cannot read or recognize it. The Suse hard drive is connected through an IDE cable. Neither GRUB nor LILO will recognize that hard drive as a bootable hard drive.
I've tried using bootpart, but when I select the "linux" option I made, it just says GRUB on the screen, and freezes. Any ideas of how to get around this problem?

Hey all,
Are there any good methods off protecting your wireless access points/traffic I know you can use
WEP but WEP is easily cracked.
I would like to know:
1) Keep Data private even when transmitting
2) Make sure no other devices can connect.
I know I can use MAC filtering as well I would like to know all the possiblitys.

Installing Flash Player on FCR5T3

OK, I'm trying to install Flash Player for Firefox on Fedora Core 5 Test 3. I've checked in /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins and /usr/lib/firefox-1.5.0.1/plugins and there is libflashplayer.so and flashplayer.xpt in both folders, they are both rwxr-xr-x.
Despite this, in Firefox, about:plugins shows nothing related to Flash Player. I've tried reinstalling as per the official method, I've tried the instructions here but Firefox refuses to play Flash and I get a 'Additional plugins are required...' on any Flash-enabled page.
Does anyone know why this doesn't work??

RPM, TAR, and WTF????

I'm so used to Windows and Mac OS walking me through installing files that I have no idea how to install things like VMware and Thunderbird because I don't know how to use an RPM or TAR file. I can get them downloaded and that's about it. I double click an RPM and YAST comes up and asks me what to do and it acts like it gets installed, but then I have no idea how to use the program afterward. I only have a small hard drive to run linux on (14 gigs) and all the unpacked files end up somewhere, eating up my precious hard drive space, but I have no idea where they all get to! Any ideas?

I'll start ssh
/etc/init.d/sshd start
Then, from my winbox I'll start PuTTY, load my vnc settings ( The forwarded ports, etc) then I'll open and log into my box via ssh. Yay! BUT, when I open vncviewer on windows, and try and open localhost:1 it just hangs! Normally I would get dialogue to input a password to vnc! :(
