linux-noob.com was down for about 12 hours and lost data due to a FORCED hardware reboot (i didn't do it)

 

the reason for the reboot was I submitted a support ticket to the host asking why i was getting network timeouts

 

they rebooted my server without asking me, as a result, the database got corrupted and data was lost

apologies, but I had to restore the site database from a backup i did on sunday so some days data lost.
