Wireless Help-Fedora 9

Howdy!

 

I am extremely new to linux and am having major difficulty setting up my wireless card. I am running Fedora 9 on a Dell Inspiron 1150. I have the Linksys WPC300N PCMCIA Wireless Network Adapter. I would love to be able to get wireless internet on my laptop with Fedora......so far no luck and it appears for obvious reasons.

 

Any help out there would be greatly appreciated. I definitely need to get my wireless connection up and running and would hate to go back to Windows!

first off, checkout the ndiswrapper posts right here in the wireless section

 

read them and try what they recommend as that is probably the only way you'll get your card working with fedora
