Trying to Install Kompose...
#1

Code:
checking for KDE... configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!
hildretd@linux-kblp:~/Programs/kompile-0.3-beta2>

I'm just trying to install Kompose, but I can't seem to get past the "./configure" stage.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for any help in advance!

I actually have all of my information within my signature. It's Suse 10.1.

Also, I think I may have found a way. According to some other sources, Here, I needed to install kdelibs-devel package. I was able to find it in Yast2 under kdelibs3 or something like that, and it fixed the issue.

There were a few other hints as well:

Quote:Try this :

find / -name "kapplication.h"

then ./configure --prefix=/path/to/kdeheaders
And

Quote:kdebase-dev
