hi guys we had a chat tonight about a new linux distro

 

the aim ?

 

suitable for noobs to linux

 

the name ?

 

noobix

 

where did that name come from ? noob+linux blended.

There is several methods that you could use to make a distribution of your own and you can use any distro as a based for it. The more difficult thing would be creating methods on top of this for handling/managing the system. But there is no reason why we couldn't repackage a distro, thats easy enough.
