Okay Guys this is the Program that I'm using with Fedora Core 3 (on a Dual Pent 3 1GHz server -1Gb Ram)

 

The Server has 2 Etho Cards and Eth0 is DSL Eth Modem!

 

My network consists of 4 permanent Windows XP SP2 machines (and upto 30 Various operating Systems on the occasional LAN Parties)

 

MY problem is That whislt Gaming (Soldier Of Fortune - II - Double Helix) on one of the Windows Machines the game will lag for a second or two every 15 seconds ???

 

This does not happen when the server (Dual BOOT) boots into Windows XP as the SERVER??

 

Any IDEAS?? is it this Firewall program? (or is it a possible service? set up by default in FED3 ?) is there a better way of FireWalling AND enabling Internet connection sharing? (which firestarter does)

Hi,

 

I have fedora core 3 is there a way to turn on the ident so that

I can connect to irc.efnet.net

Ok, so i want to be able to watch .pps (powerpoint, I presume) files and was suggested to that OpenOffice might help with that, since I am using Fedora Core 3.

 

I downloaded :

OOo_1.1.4_LinuxIntel_install.tar.gz

What shall I do with it?

 

Shall I write something in terminall?

what?

 

Is there, perhaps, a nicely written document on how to install it, step by step? :P

Im running a clean install with the lastest updates and running karamba for monitoring my system. I have started to notice some freezing for like 5-15 seconds surfing the web with firefox. I turned off the karamba to see if that was the issue. Is anyone eles having this issue or anything related? :/
